All Soigne's Jewelry is made locally by such designers as Jenny's
Jems, Tracy Tenpenny, Urban Posh, Jewelry Vine and designs by Donna
McBride. Plus, purses by Posh and underwater photography by Mary Brooke
as well as local artist and clothing designer Wisky.
